Attorney Glenn J. Murphy

Glenn J. Murphy was born in Brighton, Massachusetts in 1962. He graduated with a B.A. from Framingham State College in 1985 and received his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts in 1999. He also has a degree in paralegal studies from Suffolk University. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Since 1987 Glenn has been a business professional owning and operating two businesses, one of which he still owns and operates.

Since 1984, Glenn has served in a variety political capacities, including as a Massachusetts State Senate candidate in 1992. Glenn has also worked as a registered lobbyist. In 2001 Glenn opened a law firm engaging in the general practice of law, concentrating on business law and its associated litigation, estate planning, and real estate law. He joined a local law firm in August 2004, concentrating on litigation and other matters. In 2005 he left that firm to focus on his solo practice. Attorney Murphy has experience in all facets of business law including litigation, all corporate business formations, corporate and non-profit dissolutions, all forms of business agreements and contracts, contract negotiation, collections, business acquisitions, business sales, trademarks, and compliance matters. Attorney Murphy also has experience representing both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions as well as lending institutions. In addition, he practices in all aspects of estate planning; including drafting and execution of wills, trusts, durable power of attorney, health care proxies and living wills.
